No need to panic, after all, you bill yourself as an expert who can fix anything. All you need is a bit of wire and some black paint and, presto, it is fixed and the customer will never know.
Really? And you got paid for that?
This clock was actually delivered to our shop with the hand in this condition. I just had to take a picture of it and share it here. It never ceases to amaze me what kind of work some so-called expert get away with. A new set of hand for this clock would have cost perhaps $ 10.00!
